The rules and regulations of the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships as determined by the Tournament Rules for the World Deaf Golf Championships, the Tournament Rules Committee of the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships, World Deaf Golf Federation, which shall be based on The Rules of golf by R&A & USGA

I accept that any decisions of the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships officials, referees and the Tournament Rules Committee will be final.

I will always participate in the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships with fair play.

The 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships may proceed in all weather, unless determined otherwise by the referees and / or the Tournament Rules Committee.

I declare that:

I am in a physically fit and healthy state required to participate in the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships.

If I sustain an injury or illness whilst participating in the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships, I hereby authorize medical personnel to perform and administer first aid treatment as deemed necessary and to seek specialized medical attention at hospitals and medical center if deemed by first aid and medical staff in attendance at the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships. I also agree to reimburse the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships for any costs associated with any medical attention that is administered on my behalf.

I accept that it is my responsibility as a participant to organize my own travel at my own cost, including flights and accommodation as well as keeping myself informed of and complying with local COVID-19 related protocols and restrictions of the host country (e.g. quarantine, wearing a face mask), as well as obtaining appropriate personal accident insurance to cover my personal property and myself, including for injury or illness, e.g. arising from COVID-19 or any other illness or injury, for the full duration of my travels incorporating the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships.

I agree not to take any banned substances defined as prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). I agree to freely provide urine samples to officials of the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships, if requested during the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships.

I agree to abide by the Audiogram Regulations under the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) including any random on-site audiologist tests prior, during and after 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships.

I accept all risks associated with my participation in the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships and thereby agree to indemnify and release the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships Organizing Committee from any liability and / or injury that I may suffer during or due to my participation in the 2022 World Deaf Golf Championships.
